Return Policy

When a client buys event ticket with a premium user through the Site, the client will pay all amounts due at that time. IM charges a fee to premium user (the “Administrative Fee plus Card Processing Fee”). IM will remit the amount of payment by the client, less the Administrative Fee and card fee to the premium user, using the account information provided by the premium user.

Clients may obtain a refund for any ticket cancellation by deducting bank processing fee 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. After 48 hours of the scheduled event, no refunds will be provided and your credit card will be charged the full amount. At IM’s sole discretion, refunds or credits may be granted to client’s in extenuating circumstances, cancellation of event or to correct any errors made by IM. Any refunds made to a client will be deducted from any amounts paid to the premium user. You may not accept direct payment from clients associated with IM and doing so will result in termination from IM.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the client shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, levies, or duties associated with his or her purchases hereunder, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
